In the second quarter of 2017, in Montenegro were issued 264 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 163 building permits refer to natural persons, while 101 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the second quarter of 2017, number of dwellings provided for construction was 959 with floor area of 65 432 m².
