This release presents the data on passengers and goods carried in railway transport, road transport, air transport, traffic of goods in ports, traffic of passengers and goods at the airports, as well as data on postal and telecommunication services.

Number of passengers carried in 2012 compared with previous year, 2011, decreased in road transport by 8.2%, and local transport by 12.5%, there is indicated an increase in railway transport by 12.9%, as in passengers transport at airoports by 7.9%.

Number of goods transported in 2012 compared with 2011, decreased in railway transport 35.0%, in road transport 68.1%, in airoports transport of goods 28.7%, and in maritime transport 61.1%. In 2012, compared with 2011, there is indicated an decrease of 3.6% in fixed telecommunication minutes spent, and increase 9.3% in mobile telecommunication minutes spent.
