In the third quarter 2012, 244 building permits were issued, thus representing an increase of 48.8% in comparison with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 19.6% increase compared with the second quarter of current year.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 158 building permits refer to natural persons, while 86 building permits were issued for legal persons.

Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the third quarter 2012 is lower for 11.6% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 19.4% decrease compared with the second quarter of current year.
