In the second quarter 2012, 204 building permits were issued, thus representing an increase of 18.6% in comparison with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 30.8% increase compared with the first quarter of current year.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 152 building permits refer to natural persons, while 52 building permits were issued for legal persons.

Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the second quarter 2012 is higher for 132,4% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 19.3% increase compared with the first quarter of current year.
