In the first quarter 2012, 156 building permits were issued, thus representing a decrease of 4% in comparison with the same quarter of 2011.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 102 building permits refer to natural persons, while 54 building permits were issued for legal persons.

Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the first quarter 2012 is less for 15% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, 2011.
