This release presents the data on passengers and goods carried in the maritime transport passenger and tonnes miles the data on inventory state of ships at the end of the year as well as number of employees at the end of year.

Number of passengers transported by maritime in 2011 compared with 2010 indicate an increase of 0.8%.
Goods transported by maritime in 2011 compared with 2010 indicate an decrease of 36.7%.
