Value of purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities, and agricultural cooperatives with two employees and over was 14.5 million EUR in the fourth quarter of 2025, out of which, value of sale from the own production of business entities was 5.0 million EUR or 34.5%, while value of purchase from individual agricultural producers was 9.5 million EUR or 65.5%.
Value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities and cooperatives with two employees and over, in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared with the same quarter of 2024, records an increase of 16.2%. Value of sale from the own production of business entities increased by 8.4% while value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers increased by 20.9%.
In the structure of value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in the fourth quarter of 2025, there is a share of: Livestock 26.6%; raw cow milk 19.0%; hens’ eggs 18.7%; vegetables participate by 11.0%; other products 10.5%; fresh fruit 6.9%; fresh fish 5.1%; processed fruit and grapes 1.4%; industrial crops share is 0.8%; grapes 0.1% and cereals 0.1%.
