On the first day of XVIII  Festival of Achievements in Informatics - INFOFEST, 3 October 2011, Statistical Office of Montenegro - MONSTAT presented itself for the first time with the presentation Year of statistics The topic of presentation was representing a part of software solution drafted in the Sector for Statistical Coordination and ICT, for the needs of conducting the Census of Population, Household, and Dwellings. On behalf of MONSTAT the following persons gave speech during the INFOFEST: Mr. Bozidar Popovic, PhD, assistant of director of Sector for Statistical Coordination and ICT, Ms. Natasa Saranovic, the Head, and Ms. Biljana Radovic, programmer in the ICT Department.

The introduction was gave by Mr. Bozidar Popovic, PhD pointing out that the Census of Population, Household, and Dwellings was conducted in accordance with the EUROSTAT standards, international standards, as well as that the software solution we used for data entering, processing and dissemination received high marks in the EUROSTAT assessment mission report.
The presentation was divided in two parts. In the first part of presentation Ms. Natasa Saranovic pointed out that the software solution is drafted in accordance with the legislative, methodological, and international standards, and she represented a part of software solution related to the census material entering. Within the presentation, the following forms for census forms entering were presented:

• Form for data entering from the Check List
• Form for data entering for dwelling
• Form for data entering from the List of Persons
• Form for data entering from the Enumeration List

The second part of presentation was devoted to the programme for administration intended exclusively for supervisors. This part of presentation was done by Ms. Biljana Radovic, speaking about application for keeping record of data enters enabling the working results of every operator, and through the review tables it provided monitoring the data accordance from all forms. This application serves for monitoring the total entering, as well as for the quality of entered data at the level of all municipalities.
Drafting the application for future processing and control of census material was announced at the end of presentation.
