Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies October 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in October 2016 compared to October 2015, decreased by 3%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015 it purchased 0.3% less milk.
The content of fat in October 2016 compared to October 2015 increased by 5.2%, while the protein is increased by 4.3%. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 1.3% and protein by 1.6%.
 
In October 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of buter cream 15.1%, fermented dairy products by 1.1%, cream (traditional cream) 1.2%, production of other yellow products 107.3% and cheese by 6.9%, and reduced production of drinking milk by 52.8%.
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 0.5%, the content of milk fat decreased by 3.8% while protein increased by 0.2%. Bigger production was of drinking milk (9.5%), cream (traditional cream 19.9%) and cheese (20.7%). Less production was of cream (6.1%), fermented products (by 7.9%), while production of other yellow products was not registered.
 

Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 the total quantity of cow's milk purchased in October 2016 was less (0.3%). Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 with October 2016 was less production of drinking milk (52.8%) and fermented dairy products (by 1.7%), while the increased production of cream (by 5%), cream (traditional cream 23.2%), production of other yellow products (47.2%) and cheese ( by 27.6%).
