In the third quarter of 2016, in Montenegro were issued 249 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 177 building permits refer to natural persons, while 72 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the third quarter of 2016, number of dwellings provided for construction was 827 with floor area of 56 615 m².
