Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies in June 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in June 2016. compared to June 2015, decreased by 6.9%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015, it purchased 2.2% more milk.
 
The content of fat in June 2016. compared to June 2015. increased by 4%, while the protein by 1.6% compared to the same period in 2015. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 5.7% and protein by 1.6%.
 
In June 2016. compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of cream (traditional cream) 8.5% and cheese by 34.9% and reduced production of drinking milk by 55.4%, buter cream 16.2%, fermented dairy products by 0.3% and other yellow-fatty products by 34.6%
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 3.6%, the content of milk fat increased by 3.2% while protein decreased by 1.5%. Also, there was a proportioning biger production of fermented products (by 5.9%) and and cheese (5.7%). While the less production was of drinking milk (6.1%) cream (16.4%), cream (traditional cream 4.4%) and was not registered production of other yellow products compared to the previous reporting month.
 

Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015. the total quantity of cow's milk purchased in June 2016. was bigger (2.2%). When compared to the monthly average in 2015. produced less drinking milk (53.4%), cream (8.9%) and other yellow-fatty products (51.1%), while the increased production of fermented dairy products (13.1%), cream (traditional cream 7.4%) and cheese ( by 36.3%).
