In April 2011, tourists realised 32 380 arrivals, which is 24,8%% more than in April 2010. Tourists made  117 721  overnight stays, which is 1,3 % more than in April 2010.

Overnights stays of domestic tourists represented 18,3 %, while the foreign tourists represented 81,7 % of all overnight stays in April 2011.

In the first four months of this year tourists realised 82 810 arrivals, which is 10,4% more compared to the same period last year and 299 814 overnight stays, which is 3,4% more compared to the same period last year. Number of overnight stays of domestic tourists increased by 10 %, while the number of overnight stays of foreign tourists increased by 1,1%.

Concerning the structure of foreign tourists overnights stays,in April 2011, the most of them were realised by tourists from Serbia (16,5 %), France ( 9,9%), Russia (9,7%),  Bosnia and Herzegovina ( 8,6%), Italy (4,4%), Netherlands (4,1%) and other countries.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays by type of resorts, the most of them were realised in seaside resorts (86,2 %),  in capital city (6,8 %), other touristic resorts (4,9%) ,than in mountain resorts  and other resorts.
