In the fourth quarter 2015, in Montenegro were issued 240 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 144 building permits refer to natural persons, while 96 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the fourth quarter of 2015, number of dwellings provided for construction was 848 with floor area of 57 047 m².
