In November 2015 the total number of slaughtering bovines in slaughterhouses was 2 063, ewes 4 838, pigs 475 and poultry 23 391.
Of the total number of slaughtering heads of bovines, 85% share calves and young cattle up to one year old, while number of slaughtering ewes sharing lambs with 99% and poultry, broilers sharing with 100%.
