In the first quarter 2015, in were Montenegro issued 148 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 97 building permits refer to natural persons, while 51 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the first quarter of 2015, number of dwellings provided for construction was 687 with floor area of 53 218 m².
