This release presents the data on reported, accused and convicted juvenile persons – perpetrators of crime.
During 2013 in Montenegro 224 reports were against juvenile perpetrators of crime, showing an increase of 8.2% compared with 2012. The share of women is 4%. Number of accused juvenile persons compared with the previous year increased 9.5%, and number of convicted persons increased 10.2%. The share of women in accused juvenile persons is 2.2% while share of women in convicted juvenile persons is 2.3%.
In most frequent crimes against property, share of reported is 62.6%, share of accused is 57.2%, and share of convicted is 56.1%.
