In 2012 there were 2 923 graduates at Montenegro Higher Education Institutions, on basic studies, showing a decrease of 4% compared to the previous year. Of the total number of graduates at basic studies, 60.5% were women, and 39.5% men.

The majority of students graduated at University of Montenegro – 75.5%, University Mediteran – 9.3%, University Donja Gorica – 4.7%, and 10.5% at other Higher Education Institutions.

The decrease in number of graduates appeared at University of Montenegro for 2.8%, and University Mediteran for 13.7%, University Donja Gorica for 25.7%. While at the other Higher Education Institutions we have increase of graduates for 11.6%.
