Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies September 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in September 2018 compared to September 2017, increased by 10.7%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 5.4%.
 
The content of milk fat in September 2018 compared to September 2017 decreased by 1.3%, while the protein increased by 6.3%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 1.7% and protein increased by 2.8%.
 
In September 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of cream (by 13.4%), fermented dairy products (by 9%), cream (traditional cream by 22.8%) and cheese (by 23.2%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 5.6%).
 
In September 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (traditional cream by 25.1%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 2.5%), cream (by 14.1%), fermented dairy products (by 21.5%) and and production of cheese (by 15%).
 

In the period from January to September 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 21 606 954 kg and there was an increase of 12.2% compared to the same period in 2017.
