Total number of enrolled students in basic studies, in winter semester of academic year 2011/2012 was 22 227, which is for 0.3% more, comparing to last year's winter semester. The share of female students is 54%.
Of total number of enrolled students, the most of them are at the University of Montenegro, i.e. 83%.
Comparing to last academic year, the number of enrolled students shows decrease for 21% at University Donja Gorica, and 8% at University Mediteran. While it shows increase for about 4% at theUniversity of Montenegro.
