Value of purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities, and agricultural cooperatives with two employees and over was 17.5 million EUR in the third quarter of 2025, out of which, value of sale from the own production of business entities was 7.1 million EUR or 40.5%, while value of purchase from individual agricultural producers was 10.4 million EUR or 59.5%.
Value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities and cooperatives with two employees and over, in the third quarter of 2025 compared with the same quarter of 2024, records an increase of 9.9%. Value of sale from the own production of business entities increased by 1.0% while value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers increased by 16.8%.
In the structure of value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in the third quarter of 2025, there is a share of: fresh vegetables 20.4%; raw cow milk 16.4%; livestock 15.1%; hens’ eggs participate by 13.9%; other products 12.7%; grapes 8.4%; fresh fruit 6.2%; fresh fish 5.2%; processed fruit and grapes share is 1.0%; industrial crops 0.6% and cereals 0.1%.
