Entrance of raw milk and obtained milk products in dairies
The total quantity of purchased cows’ milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro, in the second quarter of 2025 is 7 696 318 kg, and shows an decrease of 1.6% compared to the same quarter of 2024.
An average milk fat content in the second quarter of 2025, compared to the second quarter of 2024, records an decrease of 0.1%, while the protein content is higher by 0.5%.
In the second quarter of 2025 compared to the same quarter of 2024, decrease in the production drinking milk of 16.9%, cream of 23.1%, fermented products of 0.3%, traditional butter of 0.2%, other yellow products of 88.8% and cheese of 2.6%.
