Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies II quarter of 2021

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in the second quarter of 2021 is 7 087 362 kg and recorded an decrease of 6% compared to the same quarter in 2020.

The average content of milk fat in the second quarter of 2021, compared to the second quarter of 2020, increased by 1.8% while the protein average content decreased by 2.3%.

In the second quarter of 2021, compared to the same quarter of 2020, increase was recorded in production of of cream (by 1.2%) and fermented dairy products (by 4.1%), while decrease production drinking milk (by 4.9%), cream (traditional cream by 6.1%) and cheese (by 23.6%).
