Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies I Quarter of 2021

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in the first quarter of 2021 is 6 326 451 kg and recorded an decrease of 7.3% compared to the same quarter in 2020.
The average content of milk fat in the first quarter of 2021, compared to the first quarter of 2020, decreased by 1.5% while the protein average content increased by 0.2%.
In the first quarter of 2021, compared to the same quarter of 2020, increase was recorded in production of drinking milk (by 4.1%), while decrease production of cream (by 11.3%), fermented dairy products (by 5.8%), cream (traditional cream by 10.5%) and cheese (by 21.1%).
