Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies August 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in August 2019 compared to August 2018, increased by 3.2%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 1.9%.
 
The content of milk fat in August 2019 compared to August 2018 decreased by 6.4%, while the protein is decreased by 4.3%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 0.8% and protein increased by 2%.
 
In August 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of drinking milk (by 9.3%), cream (by 26.9%), cream (traditional cream by 106.4%) and cheese (by 29.5%), but decreased was in production of fermented dairy products (by 1.5%).
 
In August 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was cream (by 5.3%), cream (traditional cream by 1.4%) and production of cheese (by 10.5%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 0.2%) and fermented dairy products (by 7.8%).
 

In the period from January to August 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 18 718 685 kg and there was an decrease of 2.5% compared to the same period in 2018.
