The production of more important industrial products in Montenegro in 2018 can be presented in different manners. Important industrial products are products classified in the area of Activity Classification with the largest share in the total industrial production.

In 2018 the production of the following products increased compared with the production from 2017:

- Ready-mixed concrete from 719 301 t to 1 117 063 t, i.e. 55.3%.

- Roasted coffee, not decaffeinated from 865 t to 1 213 t, i.e. 40.2%.

- Coniferous wood; sawn or chipped lengthwise from 93 735 m³ to 102 089 m³, i.e. 8.9%;

- Ball bearings from 994 t to 1 033 t, i.e. 3.9%.

In 2018 there was a decrease of production among the following products when compared with the production from 2017:

- Medicaments of penicillins, streptomycins or derivatives thereof from 195 915 kg to 162 993 kg, i.e. -16.8%;

- Wheat or meslin flour from 11 850 t to 8 420 t, i.e. -29.0%;

- Aluminum ores and concentrates from 927 847 t to 468 164 t, i.e. -49.6%.
