In Montenegro, in August 2018 in collective accommodation (hotels, camping sites, tourist resorts, vacation facilities, boarding houses, motels, etc.) tourists realised 9.0% more arrivals than in August 2017.

 

The number of realised overnight stays is 4.5% higher than in August 2017. Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 92.8% while the domestic tourists represent 7.2% of all overnight stays in collective accommodation in August 2018.

 

In the first eight months of 2018, tourists realised 12.3% more arrivals and 7.1% more overnight stays than in the same period of the previous year.

 

Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists, in August 2018, the most of them were realised by tourists from Serbia (18.8%), Russia (15.0%), France (7.7%), United Kingdom (5.5%), Poland (4.8%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (4.6%), Germany (3.8%) and Czech Republic (3.5%). Tourists from other countries realised 36.3% overnight stays.
