In the second quarter 2015, in Montenegro were issued 194 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 137 building permits refer to natural persons, while 57 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the second quarter of 2015, number of dwellings provided for construction was 731 with floor area of 46 871 m².
