Entrance of raw cow milk and obtained milk products in dairies

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in the first quarter of 2021 is 6 160 328 kg and recorded an decrease of 11,1% compared to the same quarter in 2020.

The average content of milk fat in the fourth quarter of 2021, compared to the fourth quarter 2020. decreased by 2,7% while the protein average content decreased by 3,8%.

In the fourth quarter 2021, compared to the same quarter of 2020, increase was recorded in production of cream (by 4,0%), while decrease production of traditional butter (by 12,8%), fermented dairy products (by 15,7%), drinking milk (by 10,9%) and cheese (by 0,5%).
