Juvenile offenders
During 2011 in Montenegro 240 reports were against juvenile perpetrators of crime, showing an decrease of 24% compared with 2010. The share of women is 5%. Number of accused juvenile persons compared with the previous year decreased 15%, and number of convicted persons decreased 13%. The share of women in accused and convicted juvenile persons is approx. 5%. In most frequent crimes against property, share of reported is 54%, share of accused is 57%, and share of convicted is 54%.
