Livestock slaughtering in slaughterhouses in November 2016

In November 2016 compared to November 2015, the total number of cattle in slaughterhouses decreased (by 0.3% and the net increased weight by 17.2%). 
 
The total number of slaughtered sheep decreased (by 39% and net weight decreased by 43.6%), pigs increased (by 2.7% and net weight of 16%) compared to the same period in 2015.
 
In comparison with the previous month, the total number of slaughtered cattle increased by 30.9% (net weight increased by 44.7%). As far as sheep’s, the total number of slaughtered animals is less by 69% (net weight of 69%), total number of pigs is less by 19.7% (a net weight bigger of 5.5%).
 
Compared to the monthly average in 2015 with November 2016, number of slaughtered cattle is bigger in total (by 9.5% a net weight 30%), sheep total less (by 5.5% and net weight of 0.9%) and pigs less (by 30.9% and net weight of 62.4%).
 

The number of slaughtered poultry decreased by 5.9%, a net weight decreased by 4.7% compared with the same month last year. Compared with the previous month, the total number of slaughtered poultry is decreased by 28.4%, a net weight decreased by 24.3%, while compared to the actual monthly average in 2015, the number of slaughtered poultry decreased by (34.3%, the net weight decreased of 29.9%).
