Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies November 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in November 2016 compared to November 2015, decreased by 4.8%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015 it purchased 4.5% less milk.
 
The content of fat in November 2016 compared to November 2015 decreased by 0.3%, while the protein is the same. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 0.3% and protein by 0.9%.
 
In November 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of buter cream 10.4% and cream (traditional cream) 27.4%, and reduced production of drinking milk by 45.2%, fermented dairy products by 4.3%, production of other yellow products 84.4% and cheese by 6%.
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 4.8%, the content of milk fat decreased by 1% while protein decreased by 0.7%. Bigger production was of drinking milk (8%), cream (4.7%) and cream (traditional cream 15.2%). Less production was of fermented products (by 12.8%), production of other yellow products (90.3%) and cheese (12.5%).
 
Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 with November 2016 was less production of drinking milk (49%), fermented dairy products (by 14.3%) and production of other yellow products (85.7%), while the increased production of cream (by 10%), cream (traditional cream 42%), and cheese ( by 11.7%).
 
Total quantites of cow's milk collected, does not include milk from imort, but only quantities from farms are included.
