User satisfaction report

The Statistical Office has adopted a number of strategic documents in the field of quality management which are harmonized with the laws and bylaws of the statistical system of Montenegro.

In accordance with the principles of official statistics of Montenegro, producers of official statistics regularly and systematically monitor user satisfaction, so that the Statistical Office, as the coordinator of the statistical system, conducted a survey on user satisfaction for the second time.

The first survey on customer satisfaction was conducted through a web survey, in the period from September 1 to October 20, 2017, while the second survey was conducted in the period from March 6 to April 27, 2020. The survey provides information on the needs of users for the results of official statistics and their satisfaction with the data and services produced by the official statistical system of Montenegro.

The objectives of the research relate to:

  • Measuring user satisfaction with all aspects of the work of the official statistical system of Montenegro;
  • Measuring user satisfaction with data and services, as well as the way in which the results of official statistics reach end users;
  • Informing users about the activities of official statistics, acts and ways in which users can get involved in the work of the official statistical system of Montenegro;
  • Information on the manner and use of statistical services of the Statistical Office.

The results of the user satisfaction survey will be used as a basis for continuous work on improving the quality of results and services of official statistics, for the development of action plans in the field of quality assurance of the statistical system of Montenegro and improving user satisfaction.
