Entrance of raw milk and obtained milk products

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in the second quarter of 2022 is 6 521 509 kg and recorded an decrease of 8.0% compared to the same quarter in 2021.

The average content of milk fat in the second quarter of 2022, compared to the second quarter 2021 decreased by 3.6% while the protein average content decreased by 4.3%.

In the second quarter 2022, compared to the same quarter of 2021, increase was recorded in production of cream (by 2.4), while decrease production of cheese (by 11.2%) traditional butter (by 17.6%), fermented dairy products (by 0.3%) and drinking milk (by 12.6%).
