Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies June 2020

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in June 2020 compared to June 2019, increased by 4%. Compared with the previous month, purchased cow's milk decreased by 0.6%.

The content of milk fat in June 2020 compared to June 2019 decreased by 0.3%, while the protein content increased by 3.1%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat decreased by 4%, while the protein content decreased by 0.6%.

In June 2020 compared to the same period in 2019, recorded increase in production of cream (by 0.3%) and cheese (by 17.5%), while decreased production of drinking milk (by 18.3%), fermented dairy products (by 15%) and cream (traditional cream by 0.7%).

In June 2020 compared with the previous month, increase was recorded in production of cream (by 5.5%) and production of cheese (by 7.8%), while decreased production of drinking milk (by 15.1%), fermented dairy products (by 2.5%) and production of cream (traditional cream by 1%).

In the period from January to June 2020, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 14 363 460 kg and there was an increase of 6.2% compared to the same period in 2019.
