Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies April 2020

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in April 2020 compared to April 2019, increased by 5.6%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 0.8%.
 
The content of milk fat in April 2020 compared to April 2019 is increased by 0.5%, while the protein is increased by 2.9%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat decreased by 3.3% and protein increased by 0.5%.
 
In April 2020 compared to the same period in 2019 recorded an increase production of cream (traditional cream by 5.8%) and cheese (by 18.5%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 1.1%), cream (by 0.7%) and fermented dairy products (by 5.7%).
 
In April 2020 compared with the previous month, decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 2.5%), cream (by 13.6%), fermented dairy products (by 13.7%), production of cream (traditional cream by 12.4%) and production of cheese (by 1.8%).

In the period from January to April 2020, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 9 191 488 kg and there was an increase of 7.8% compared to the same period in 2019.
