Purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishery products III quarter of 2019
The value of the purchase and sale of the agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two and more employees in the third quarter of 2019 was 12.1 million EUR, from which the value of the sale of the own production of business entities was 3.6 million EUR or 29.8%, while the value of the purchase from individual agricultural producers was 8.5 million EUR or 70.2%.
The value of the purchase and selling of the agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two and more employees, increased in the third quarter of 2019 comparing to the same quarter of previous year for 3.4%, from which the value of own production of business entities decreased for 11.1%, and the value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers increased for 11.2%.
In the structure of the value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the third quarter of 2019 participate vegetables with 23.2%, row cow milk with 16.9%, fruit with 14.3%, livestock by types and categories with 13.1%, hen's eggs with 10.8%, grapes with 8.1%, other products with 6.7%, fresh fish with 4.3%, industrial crops 1.7%, processed fruit and grapes with 0,7% and cereals with 0.2%.
