In the third quarter of 2017, in Montenegro were issued 262 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 151 building permits refer to natural persons, while 111 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the third quarter of 2017, number of dwellings provided for construction was 1 508 with floor area of 101 113 m².
