Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies September 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in September 2017 compared to September 2016, increased by 3.8%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 6.7%.
 
The content of fat in September 2017 compared to September 2016 increased by 2.8%, while the protein is increased by 0.1%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 0.1% and protein is decreased by 4%.
 
In September 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase fermented dairy products by 14.7%, traditional cream by 29.2% and production of cheese by 27.7%. Decreased was in production of drinking milk by 1.7% and cream by 7.6%
 

In September 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (traditional cream 14,1%) and decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 2.4%), cream (by 21%), fermented dairy products (by 18.2%) and cheese (14.5%).
