In the first quarter of 2017, in Montenegro were issued 249 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 167 building permits refer to natural persons, while 82 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the first quarter of 2017, number of dwellings provided for construction was 690 with floor area of 47 474 m².
