At the sector level the average earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in December 2016 compared to November 2016 increased in the following sectors: Construction (3.5%), Real estate activities (3.4%), Transportation and storage (3.0%), Wholesale and retail trade Information and communication (2.9%), Arts, entertainment and recreation (2.5%), Financial and insurance activities (2.4%), Administrative and support service activities (2.2%), Electrity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (1.4%), Information and communication (1.3% ), Human health and social work activities (0.9%), Mining and quarrying (0.5%), Education (0.4%), while there was a decrease in the following sectors: Agriculture, forestry and fishing (5.8%), Accommodation and food service activities (4.2%), Water supply, sewerage, waste management and remedation activities (2.1%), Public administration and defence, compulsory social security (0.5%), Profesional, scientific and tehnical activities (0.3%), Manufacturing (0.2%) and Other service activities (0.2%).
