In Montenegro, in November 2016 tourists realised 26 688 arrivals which is 9.9% more than in November 2015. Of these, tourists realized 23 882 arrivals in collective accommodation which is 19.0% more than in November 2015, while in individual accommodation tourists realized 2 806 arrivals, which is 33.3% less than in November last year.

 

The number of realised overnight stays is 112 781, which is 8.3% more than in November 2015. Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 81.7% while the domestic tourists represent 18.3% of all overnight stays in November 2016. Of these tourists realized 61 675 overnight stays in collective accommodation which is 26.2% more than in November 2015, while in individual accommodation tourists realized 51 506 overnight stays, which is 7.3% less compared to November last year.

 

In the first eleven months of 2016 there was an increase of the number of tourist arrivals of 5.8% and increase in the number of overnight stays of 1.6% compared to the same period in previous year.

 

Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists, in November 2016, the most of them were realised by tourists from Russia (25.6%), Serbia (21.4%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (6.9%), Albania (6.6%), Ukraine (5.2%), Kosovo (3.5%), Croatia (2.8%), United Kingdom (2.6%). Tourists from other countries realised 25.4% overnight stays.
