Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies July 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in July 2016 compared to July 2015, decreased by 6.7%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015 it purchased 2.8% more milk.
 
The content of fat in July 2016 compared to July 2015 increased by 3.9%, while the protein is the same compared to July in 2015. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 5.8% and protein by 0.6%.
 
In July 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of buter cream 15.9%, fermented dairy products by 16.8% and cheese by 54.3% and reduced production of drinking milk by 53.8% and cream (traditional cream) 23.3%.
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 0.6%, the content of milk fat increased by 0.1% while protein decreased by 2.1%. Also, there was a proportioning biger production of drinking milk (9.1%), cream (56%), fermented products (by 10.5%) and cheese (18%). While the less production was of cream (traditional cream 14%).
 
Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 the total quantity of cow's milk purchased in July 2016 was biger (2.8%). Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 with July 2016 was less production of drinking milk (49.1%) and cream (traditional cream 7.6%), while the increased production of cream (by 42.2%), fermented dairy products (by 25%) and cheese ( by 60.8%).
 

In July 2016, was not registered production of other yellow products.
